.NET URI parser supports most of the AMQP URI spec. The only issue concerns
the vhost. The URIs "amqp://foo/" and "amqp://foo" are supposed to be
different; the first uses the default vhost, while the second uses an empty
vhost. Since .NET automatically adds "/" if it's missing, both URIs look the
same after parsing. The .NET client will interpret both as vhost "/".
